Generator - The current library serves the Sharon community as a "port in the storm" emergency warming center during power outages and other emergencies. The proposed new library will be equiped with a generator so it can continue to serve Sharon residents.  During an emergency patrons come to library to keep cool or to keep warm, to use the computers for professional and personal use, to call family and friends, to power up their cell phone and other devices or to sit and read in comfort.
