  • December 23: Library updates Town with new design approvals for 1 school Street
  • December 16: Library updates Town with new design approvals for 1 school Street
  • December 7: Last meeting with architects for final review and questions.
  • December 5: Library submits Project Notification Form to the Massachusetts Historical Commission
  • November 2: LBSC and SHC vote and approve exterior renderings.
  • October 20: Director attends required grant Information Session
  • October 7: Library submits Letter of Intent to apply for public library construction funding
  • October 3: Library submits 5-year Strategic Plans
  • August 9 : Library submits Action Plan update
2017
  • January 26: Library submits application to MBLC (submitted on January 19, 2017)
  • January 11: Library Building and Selection Committee and Architects hold Public Forum to present new design for 1 school Street
  • July 13: MBLC approves provisional Grant Awards and those on the waiting list for future funding
2018
  • June or July: Library informed as to grant approval and where it stands on the waiting list.
  • If approved for the State Library Construction Grant, town approves local funding six months prior.
