The Library offers a number of Study and Meeting rooms, and one Community Room that can be divided into two separate spaces for programs. Room use policies are attached to each space in the Room Bookings portal below, and can also be found on our website. Please review the policy associated with each room type; the room reservation system requires patrons to acknowledge they have read the policy before requesting a reservation.

Please note the following:

  • Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is high demand for these rooms and they are not meant to serve as a regular study or meeting space for patrons. Cleanup time is included in the room access period and patrons are expected to vacate the room prior to the end of their reservation time to accommodate the next booking.
  • Reservations are made via the Room Booking Portal below. We will accommodate walk-ins subject to room availability.
  • No food is permitted in Study Rooms, Meeting Rooms, and Community Room A. Drinks with lids are permitted.

Study Rooms may be reserved up to two (2) weeks in advance. Patrons may reserve a room for thirty (30) minutes up to two (2) hours per day, per user. All reservations are subject to approval by Library Staff and to the conditions of the Study Room Use and Patron Behavior policies.

Meeting Rooms may be reserved up to sixty (60) days in advance. Groups may reserve a room for one (1) hour up to three (3) hours per day. All reservations are subject to approval by the Library Director or designee, and to the conditions of the Meeting Room and Patron Behavior policies. Please note that some meeting rooms are prioritized for specific purposes.

The Community Room is a general-purpose program room that is available for educational, recreational, and civic purposes, provided that such use does not interfere with Library services or programs. Reservations may be made up to two (2) months in advance. All reservations are subject to approval by the Library Director or designee, and to the conditions of the Community Room and Patron Behavior policies. For-profit groups are charged for use of the Community Room(s) per the Community Room Policy. Private functions are not permitted at any time.

Maximum occupancy (auditorium style seating): Community Room A (20); Community Room B (80); Combined A & B (100). We advise your group to visit the Library before requesting the room, to ensure that the space meets your needs.

Food is permitted only in Community Room B and Community Room A/B combined. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
