Technology Assistance

Schedule a 30-minute, one-on-one appointment with one of our Reference Librarians.

We offer the following types of assistance:

  • Accessing and navigating our online databases
  • Downloading eBooks and/or eAudiobooks to your device(s), including Kindle
  • Navigating Libby, hoopla, and kanopy
  • General technology questions (not including device repair)

To schedule an appointment, please complete this Google Form. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days to schedule your appointment; appointments are subject to staff availability.

30-minute appointment availability:

  • Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your fully-charged device(s)
  • Login credentials for relevant personal accounts (ie. library account, Apple ID, email account, Amazon Account for Kindles, etc.)

Patrons may also request access, by appointment, to view our physical archival materials.
