summer 2026 (2)

Welcome to Summer, 2026! Spend those lazy days reading and discovering all your library has to offer by filling in a BINGO sheet. For every 5 in a row completed you will recieve a raffle ticket for these prizes. You can also earn tickets for attending library programs. You can also earn one-of-a-kind 1 inch pin back buttons – a new design each week!

Here’s everything you need to know:

Who can play?
Rising 6th graders through rising 12th graders. (Rising 5th graders and below have a fun program just for them!)

How do I sign up?
Complete this brief form.

How do I get a BINGO card?
Pick one up in the Young Adult Area (second floor) or print one yourself. (Make sure to print both pages!)

What do I do after I complete a square?
Check off the square and write the information requested in the appropriate spot on the other side of the BINGO grid. Bring your paper to the Young Adult Area to have the squares stamped.

When do I earn a raffle ticket?
When you have checked off 5 squares in a row and had them stamped in the library.

What are the important dates to know?
June 27 – last day to register and win a special early-bird pin
August 1 – last day to register
August 22 – last day to get stamps and enter the raffle
August 27 – End of summer activity for the first 20 participants to complete a whole card. (more details TBA)

How do I attend a program?
Scroll down to see the list. Monday Movies are a drop-in but you need to register for a place in Craftopia and STEAM Series. You do not have to attend every program and you sign up for each session individually. These programs are totally free and lots of fun.

How do I write a review for square O1?
Complete this form. We will collect all the reviews at the end of the summer and publish them on this site.

Ok, but what’s a “book buff?”
The Britannica Dictionary defines buff as “a person who is very interested in something and who knows a lot about it.” That’s you, right?
