Schedule a 30-minute, one-on-one appointment with one of our Reference Librarians.

We offer the following types of assistance:

  • Accessing and navigating our online databases
  • Downloading eBooks and/or eAudiobooks to your device(s), including Kindle
  • Navigating Libby, hoopla, and kanopy
  • General technology questions (not including device repair)

30-minute appointment availability:

  • Monday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your fully-charged device(s)
  • Login credentials for relevant personal accounts (ie. library account, Apple ID, email account, Amazon Account for Kindles, etc.)
