Reserve the Community Room
The Cynthia B. Fox Community Room is a general-purpose meeting room located in the Sharon Public Library that is available free of charge to non-profit organizations for educational, recreational, and civic purposes. For-Profit organizations must pay a fee of $50 per request. The Community Room can accommodate up to 60 chairs and 6 tables. All reservations must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
Meetings may be conducted during the following times:
Mondays & Fridays | 10:00am - 5:45pm |
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays | 10:00am - 7:45pm |
Saturdays | 10:00am - 4:45pm |
To reserve the Community Room:
- Please check our event calendar to make sure the room is available during the date and time you need.
- Read the Community Room Policy.
- Fill out the form below.
- Submission of the form does not guarantee availability. Once your reservation is approved by the Library Director or designee, it will appear on the library website calendar of events. You should receive confirmation.
