Fun for all ages at Star Wars Day!
Join us at the Library on May 4, 2023, as we celebrate everything Star Wars, with games, crafts and activities for all ages.
All day:
- Green screen photos - picture yourself in a favorite galactic scene! We'll email you your pictures so you can savor and share them. Drop in.
- Games - stop by the Children's Room to play a game like Grogu Bowling, LEGO Challenges and the Sarlacc Pit! Drop in.
- Stories - grab a book and share a story from our special display. Drop in.
- Coloring sheets and paper crafts - something for every skill level. Drop in.
2:00 - 2:30 PM - Star Wars Stories for Younglings - Stop in for some heroic tales, silly stories and take-home goodies. Birth-5. Register.
4:30 - 5:00 PM - Star Wars Science - Make your own personal Ewok catapault and test it against some Scout Troopers. Ages 6 and up. Register.
5:00 - 630 PM - Galaxy Crafts - Make a galaxy shirt plus fun magnets and jewelry. Ages 11-Adult. Register.
5:30 - 7:30 PM - How to Play Sabacc -Have you ever wanted to be like Lando Calrissian and play Sabacc? Come learn the basics of this interstellar card game. 11-Adult. Drop in.
6:30 - 7:00 PM Sleepy Star Wars - Snuggle up for the greatest bed-time stories in the Galaxy and make a little lightsaber to bring home, too! PJs encouraged! All ages. Register.
